Magnetic and electric fields of rotating charge distributions
American Journal of Physics, 1982A charge distribution with axial symmetry is allowed to rotate with constant angular velocity around the axis of symmetry. The magnetic field of the resultant current density is calculated in terms of the electrostatic field of the charge distribution.

The Physics of Fluids, 1960A calculation is presented of the probability distribution function of the electric field at the center of an ion or atom in a plasma in the high ion density limit. In this limit, it is possible to take into account rigorously the effect of the Coulomb interactions on the distribution function.

Spatial distribution of the electric field for field emission microtriodes
Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B: Microelectronics and Nanometer Structures Processing, Measurement, and Phenomena, 1996The spatial distribution of the electric field on the emitter is studied for field emission microtriodes (FEMTs). An analytical three-dimensional FEMT model is used to show that the electric field on the emitter as a function of the angular position E(φ) can be written as a sum of an anode field term Ea(φ) and a gate field term Eg(φ).

Electric field distribution in glass and porcelain pin insulators
2015 IEEE 15th International Conference on Environment and Electrical Engineering (EEEIC), 2015Distribution grid reliability depends heavily on insulation coordination of medium voltage overhead lines (OHL).
