Fuzzy-PID Control for Electric Power Steering

This paper investigates and designs the fuzzy-PID controller for the Electrical Power Steering (EPS) system. Different from existing controller, in this paper, we establish the on-line fuzzy control rules to adjust the PID parameters. The fuzzy control rules are designed based on the practical conditions and the expert experience.

Positive‐Tone Nanolithography of Antimony Trisulfide with Femtosecond Laser Wet‐Etching

A butyldithiocarbamic acid (BDCA) etchant is used to fabricate various micro‐ and nanoscale structures on amorphous antimony trisulfide (a‐Sb2S3) thin film via femtosecond laser etching.
