Development of Eco-Friendly Ramp Control for Connected and Automated Electric Vehicles [PDF]
With on-board sensors such as camera, radar, and Lidar, connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) can sense the surrounding environment and be driven autonomously and safely by themselves without colliding into other objects on the road. CAVs are also able

Influence of Carbon Nanoparticles on Electrically Induced Wear of Grease‐Lubricated Steels
When an electric current enters a pair of rubbing surfaces, enormous damage takes place. In this research, how such damage occurs in the presence of protective grease and the mitigation with added carbon nanoparticles, were investigated. It was discovered that those particles regulate transport and interfacial electrical stability of the grease ...

An improved direct torque controller applied to an electric vehicle
This paper presents the basic structure, the model, and the design of a torque controller for an electric vehicle (EV). The proposed EV is the transformation of a conventional vehicle with internal combustion engine to electric vehicle, where the ...

Scalable manufacturing challenges and limited potency remain two of the most intransigent issues limiting clinical translation of EV therapeutics. Mechanical cues can induce phenotypic changes and increased vesiculation in EV source cells without the use of extraneous reagents, chemicals, and/or cargo, thereby potentially drastically improving the ...

In this study, we report a resistive‐type strain sensor fabricated using single‐walled CNTs, are used layer using the pray technique to deposit as conductive, and UV‐resin was spin‐coated as a protection layer. The sensor functioned in harsh temperature variation conditions from −50°C to 125°C without deterioration.

Impacts of Policy on Electric Vehicle Diffusion [PDF]
Selection and design of appropriate government policies to support electric vehicle (EV) adoption can be aided by modelling the future impact of policy instruments relative to a given baseline estimate. This paper highlights the innovative application of

Hierarchically microarchitected PLA/S/CNT cathodes are fabricated via scalable fused filament 3D printing as high‐sulfur‐loading hosts for rechargeable lithium–sulfur batteries. The assembled Li–S cells with sulfur loadings up to 17 mg cm−2 deliver an areal capacity of 9.2 mAh cm−2 and retain 96% of their discharge capacity after 100 charge–discharge ...

Our study identifies the HDACs‐STAT3 axis as key regulator for M2 macrophage accumulation in DLBCL. We developed Chid@M2pep‐EVs/TP, a pH‐responsive drug delivery system for M2 macrophage specific chidamide administration. By coupling M2‐targeted chidamide with EVs‐mediated delivery, this system reprograms M2 to M1 via HDAC inhibition and STAT3 ...
