Research on random vibration fatigue of high-voltage electrical box based on FKM standard

open access: yes机车电传动, 2023
The high voltage electrical boxes on metro vehicles are subjected to random load during operation. In order to ensure operation safety, it is necessary to ensure that the fatigue strength of high voltage electrical box meets the design requirements ...

Adhesive for polyester films cures at room temperature, has high initial tack [PDF]

open access: yes, 1966
Quick room-temperature-cure adhesive bonds polyester-insulated flat electrical cables to metal surfaces and various other substrates. The bond strength of the adhesive may be considerably increased by first applying a commercially available polyamide ...

Dynamical electron transport through a nanoelectromechanical wire in a magnetic field

open access: yes, 2009
We investigate dynamical transport properties of interacting electrons moving in a vibrating nanoelectromechanical wire in a magnetic field. We have built an exactly solvable model in which electric current and mechanical oscillation are treated fully ...

Interactions between Molten High‐Silicon Electrical Steels and Carbon‐Bonded MgO Refractories Based on Recyclates

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study examines how several molten high‐silicon electrical steels interact with both conventional and recycled MgO–C refractories. For this, various immersion experiments are conducted. In addition to infiltration, a number of mechanisms are identified and explained that control the corrosion of the refractory material.

Interaction between Molten Al‐Killed Mn–B Steel and Carbon‐Bonded MgO Refractories Based on Recyclates

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
High‐temperature interactions between low‐sulfur Al‐killed Mn–B steel and MgO–C refractories (0 and 50 wt% recyclates) are studied via finger immersion tests (1600 °C). Surface‐active elements influence infiltration. MgO/CaS layer forms, along with spinel and calcium silicate.

Thermoelectric elements diffusion-bonded to tungsten electrodes [PDF]

open access: yes, 1965
Solid-state diffusion process bonds lead telluride and lead telluride-tin telluride thermoelectric elements to tungsten electrodes. The resulting bond is nonmagnetic and has high strength and low electrical and thermal resistance.
