The influence of electric fields on the intensity of rectification

Journal of Electrostatics, 1993
Abstract The rectification of binary mixtures of ethanol-water and acetone-water was studied for the case of static, alternating and pulsed electric fields. It was found out that as electric discharge occured in a gas region the increase of mass transfer could be mainly due to electric wind turbulizing of the vapour phase.

The EEM in the Presence of Intense Electric Field

2012
With the advent of modern nanodevices, there has been considerable interest in studying the electric field-induced processes in semiconductors having different band structures. It appears from the literature that the studies have been made on the assumption that the carrier dispersion laws are invariant quantities in the presence of intense electric ...

Optoelectronic electric field intensity indicator

Ferroelectrics, 1986
PZLT ceramic is considered as an electrooptic material for use in electric field intensity sensors. This application has the potential advantage of reducing the sensor dimensions and simplifying its construction. The experimental circuit of the optoelectronic electric field intensity measuring device and its characteristics are given.
