Electro-Thermal Model for Multi-Anode Schottky Diode Multipliers [PDF]
We present a self-consistent electro-thermal model for multi-anode Schottky diode multiplier circuits. The thermal model is developed for an -anode multiplier via a thermal resistance matrix approach.

A physical RC network model for electro-thermal analysis of a multichip SiC power module [PDF]
This paper is concerned with the thermal models which can physically reflect the heat-flow paths in a lightweight three-phase half bridge, two-level SiC power module with 6 MOSFETs and can be used for coupled electro-thermal simulation.

Dielectrophoretic force-driven convection in annular geometry under Earth's gravity
Context: A radial temperature gradient together with an inhomogeneous radial electric field gradient is applied to a dielectric fluid confined in a vertical cylindrical annulus inducing thermal electro-hydrodynamic convection.

Impact of self-heating on the statistical variability in bulk and SOI FinFETs [PDF]
In this paper for the first time we study the impact of self-heating on the statistical variability of bulk and SOI FinFETs designed to meet the requirements of the 14/16nm technology node.

Numerical Investigation of Dynamic Pipe-Soil Interaction on Electrokinetic-Treated Soft Clay Soil [PDF]
© 2019 American Society of Civil Engineers. Researchers have underscored the importance for a pipeline to safeguard against adverse effects resulting from its displacement in the vertical, axial, and lateral directions because of the low shear strength ...
