Electro-thermal analysis of IC's
Proceedings of IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems - ISCAS '94, 2002A method for electro-thermal (ET) analysis of IC's has been introduced. It consists of a Newton-Raphson (NR) algorithm and a technique for modelling thermal properties of IC's including their cases. External ET device models for the analyzer OPTIMA-3 have been developed.

Electro-thermal analysis of paralleled bipolar devices
Microelectronics Journal, 2000This work considers the unstable behavior that can occur in paralleled bipolar transistors due to the interaction between electrical and thermal dynamics. A simple and intuitive electro-thermal model of the BJT is employed to explain the mechanism that causes unbalanced collector currents limiting the practical usage of this configuration.

Electro-thermal analysis of contact resistance
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2018Electro-Mechanical characterization over copper samples are performed at the macroscopic level to understand the dependence of electrical contact resistance and temperature on surface roughness and contact pressure. For two different surface roughness levels of samples, six levels of load are selected and varied to capture the bulk temperature rise and

Pyro-Electro-Thermal Analysis of LiNbO3 using Microheaters
2015 Fotonica AEIT Italian Conference on Photonics Technologies, 2015Microheaters have been widely investigated for their sensor-based applications, such as gas sensor, flow rate sensor and other microsystems. Here, we investigate the pyroelectric effect, activate by microheaters fabricated on -Z surface of LiNbO3 crystal.
