Electromagnetically induced transparency with degenerate atomic levels

open access: yes, 2013
For the coherently driven \Lambda-type three-level systems the general ready-to-calculate expression for the susceptibility tensor at the frequency of the weak probe field is obtained for the arbitrary polarization of the strong coupling laser field and ...

Nanoscale Mapping of Plasmonic Charge Transport in Nano‐Resonators Based on Resistive Switching Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In this strategy, a conductive nano‐probe is employed to induce nanoscale phase transitions and map the nanoscale conductivity and trap density of GST films. By utilizing the contrasting properties of phase‐change states, nano‐resonators are fabricated that exhibit plasmonic conduction and dramatically different transport characteristics.

Atomic‐Scale Light Coupling Control in Ultrathin Photonic Membranes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Ultrathin photonic nanomembranes provide atomic‐scale control over the coupling between incident light and high‐Q photonic modes, enabling angstrom‐level resonance tuning and strong field confinement. When integrated with TMD monolayers, they further yield enhanced light–matter interactions, offering a versatile platform for advancing quantum photonics,
