Charge density distributions and electron scattering form factors of 25Mg, 27Al and 29Si nuclei
An effective two-body density operator for point nucleon system folded with the tenser force correlations( TC's), is produced and used to derive an explicit form for ground state two-body charge density distributions (2BCDD's) applicable for 25Mg, 27Al ...

Charge density distributions and electron scattering form factors of 19F, 27Al and 25Mg nuclei
An effective two-body density operator for point nucleon system folded with two-body correlation functions, which take account of the effect of the strong short range repulsion and the strong tensor force in the nucleon-nucleon forces, is produced and ...

Karl Popper and the Mechanisms of Hydrogen Embrittlement
Representation of the beginning of loss of ductility rather than embrittlement. Small concentrations of hydrogen in a diffusible form within iron are well‐established to harm the mechanical integrity of steels. There are theories that attempt to explain the pernicious role of hydrogen.

Is an Electron a Charge Cloud? A Reexamination of Schrödinger’s Charge Density Hypothesis [PDF]
This article re-examines Schrodinger's charge density hypothesis, according to which the charge of an electron is distributed in the whole space, and the charge density in each position is proportional to the modulus squared of the wave function of the electron there.

Hydrogen‐Assisted Fracture of Iron‐Based Fe–Ni–Al Alloys
Principal relations and fracture mechanisms of single‐phase and precipitate‐strengthened Fe–Ni–Al alloys subjected to prior electrochemical hydrogen charging are identified. The mechanisms of hydrogen effect on strength and microhardness are discussed, including hydrogen‐induced increase in microhardness and the role of hydrogen in fracture behavior ...

Charge transport mechanisms in corona charged polymeric materials
Polymeric materials have been widely used as an insulator due to their excellent electrical properties, light weight and low cost. Surface potential measurement is one of the simplest and low cost tools to gauge electrical properties of materials.
