Pseudopotentials from electron density [PDF]
A method is introduced that allows the construction of pseudopotentials in the density-functional theory. This method is based on a procedure worked out by one of the authors [J. Phys. B 26, 43 (1993); Philos. Mag. B 69, 779 (1994)] for determining Kohn-Sham potentials, one-electron orbitals, and energies from the electron density.

Measurement of electron temperature (Te) and electron density (ne) of ZnO RF plasma
In this study, the ratio method between the two spectral lines was used to calculate the electron temperature (Te) and the density (ne) of argon gas for a zinc oxide (ZnO) cathode using the spectroscopic method.

The Comparison of Electron Density between CSES In Situ and Ground-Based Observations in China
As the observation accuracy of parameters in the ionosphere cannot be directly checked, the comparison with other observations is the main way to evaluate the data quality of satellite measurements.

The advantages of pulsed low-current high-voltage discharges operated at atmospheric pressure and the ease with which such discharges can be implemented industrially contributed to their popularity. However, the high reactivity of a pulsed plasma implies

Electron density profile modeling
The Base Point Model (BPM) is used to model the electron density (N) profile in the ionosphere, This model assumes two Chapman profile expressions one for the bottomside and one for the topside, and requires a characteristic point called "F region base ...

Theoretical ISM Pressure and Electron Density Diagnostics for Local and High-redshift Galaxies [PDF]
We derive new self-consistent theoretical UV, optical, and IR diagnostics for the interstellar medium (ISM) pressure and electron density in the ionized nebulae of star-forming galaxies.
