The study of the electron-electron interaction in electron gun
Microelectronic Engineering, 1986Abstract The paper summarizes the up-to-date study of the electron -electron interaction of beam electrons in columns. The electron-electron interaction of beam electrons results in two effects to influence the electron optical properties of columns: the trejectroy displacement and the the energy spread which is called as Boersch effect.

Electron-electron bremsstrahlung for bound target electrons
The European Physical Journal D, 2008For the process of electron-electron (e-e) bremsstrahlung the momentum and energy distributions of the recoiling electrons are calculated in the laboratory frame. In order to get the differential cross section and the photon spectrum for target electrons which are bound to an atom, these formulae are multiplied by the incoherent scattering function and

Polarizationeffects in electron-electron and positron-electron scattering
Zeitschrift fr Physik, 1966The polarization-asymmetries in the cross-sections for electron-electron and positron-electron scattering are investigated numerically in first order perturbation theory in the range from 1 keV to 10 GeV for all angles with regard to polarization-measurements.

Electron–Phonon Interaction and Electron Transport
2001Semiconductor device operation depends on the speed of carriers, electrons and holes, which is determined by the mobility. The mobility μ is expressed by e〈Τ〉/m*, where e, 〈Τ〉, and m* are the electronic charge, average of the relaxation time, and the effective mass.
