Correlated Electron Transport in Molecular Electronics [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2004
Theoretical and experimental values to date for the resistances of single molecules commonly disagree by orders of magnitude. By reformulating the transport problem using boundary conditions suitable for correlated many-electron systems, we approach electron transport across molecules from a new standpoint.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Pengelolaan Arsip Digital

open access: yesJPBM (Jurnal Pendidikan Bisnis dan Manajemen), 2016
In a paper-based records management practices, many problems faced, so as to provide space in the electronic media as an alternative in the management of archives. In the terminology of archival, electronic media is classified as a new media archive. One

Electronic stress tensor analysis of molecules in gas phase of CVD process for GeSbTe alloy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
We analyze the electronic structure of molecules which may exist in gas phase of chemical vapor deposition process for GeSbTe alloy using the electronic stress tensor, with special focus on the chemical bonds between Ge, Sb and Te atoms.

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

Macroscopic electron quantum coherence in a solid-state circuit

open access: yes, 2019
The quantum coherence of electronic quasiparticles underpins many of the emerging transport properties of conductors at small scales. Novel electronic implementations of quantum optics devices are now available with perspectives such as 'flying' qubit ...

Identifying gene expression signatures for risk stratification of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in colorectal cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
A novel signature integrating genome‐wide analysis with clinical factors predicts recurrence in stage II colorectal cancer and enables a new risk stratification to guide postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical risk stratification for postoperative recurrence in patients with pathological stage II (pStage II) colorectal cancer (CRC) is essential ...

The Influence of Context on Participatory E-Government Applications: A Comparison of E-government Adoption in Romania and South Korea

open access: yesEIRP Proceedings, 2012
This article assesses how contextual factors influence participatory applications of e-government.While the pursuit of participatory e-government projects is increasingly advocated, little research to date hasattempted to investigate whether such ...
