Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

G-quartet biomolecular nanowires
We present a first-principle investigation of quadruple helix nanowires, consisting of stacked planar hydrogen-bonded guanine tetramers. Our results show that long wires form and are stable in potassium-rich conditions.

Organizational Forms in the Electronic Age
There is a fundamental shift in economics of information due to emerging information and communication technologies (ICTs). This shift has resulted in what is popularly called the ‘information revolution.’ Most people are quite familiar with arguments that suggested the death of organizations as we know them.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Two-loop QCD Corrections to the Heavy Quark Form Factors: the Vector Contributions
We present closed analytic expressions of the electromagnetic vertex form factors for heavy quarks at the two-loop level in QCD for arbitrary momentum transfer. The calculation is carried out in dimensional regularization.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status

Non-equilibrium Optical Conductivity in Materials with Localized Electronic States
A wide range of disordered materials contain electronic states that are spatially well localized. In this work, we investigated the electrical response of such systems in non-equilibrium conditions to external electromagnetic field.
