Promotion of DFU Wound Healing via BRG1–COL16A1 Axis in Fibroblasts
Advanced Science, EarlyView.In normal wound healing, transcription factor BRG1 is upregulated and binds the COL16A1 promoter to enhance its expression, promoting fibroblast proliferation, migration, contraction, extracellular matrix deposition, and granulation tissue formation, thus accelerating wound closure.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Hypertrophic scar formation is driven by excessive mitochondrial fission in wound macrophages, which we discover is governed by a novel AURKB‐DRP1(Ser616) axis. The study develops a targeted therapy using cRGD‐decorated extracellular vesicles to deliver the natural compound Asiaticoside specifically to macrophages.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.
