Switchgrass cultivation sustained biomass production while rapidly improving soil structure and reducing salinity in coastal saline‐alkali soils. These changes reshaped microbial communities through environmental filtering, establishing plant‐soil‐microbe feedbacks that support both bioenergy production and ecological restoration.

Abstract Large‐scale application of methanol‐driven heterotrophic denitrification (MHD) biofilms to recirculating mariculture systems (RMSs) is constrained by the requirement of precise methanol dosage. The emergence of intelligent aquaculture offers an opportunity to address this challenge, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the ...

Rhamnogalacturonan‐II Dimerisation Reinforces Salt Resistance in Sugar Beet
ABSTRACT Salinity stress predominantly affects negatively charged cell wall polymers, for example, pectin. Excess Na+ ions interact physically and affect growth in stress‐sensitive plants. However, the salinity resistance of sugar beet cell walls remains unclear.

HIF‐Regulated Pannexin‐1 Channel Drives Luminal ATP Accumulation in Kidney Cysts
Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease causes progressive cyst enlargement in the kidneys, leading to hypoxia and induction of HIF‐1α. Our study identifies HIF‐1α‐dependent transcriptional upregulation of Pannexin1 (PANX1) in the apical membrane of cyst epithelial cells, promoting ATP release into the cyst lumen.
