METTL10‐Mediated PIAS3 Methylation Links Purine Metabolism to Gastric Cancer Progression

METTL10‐mediated methylation of PIAS3 at K442 inhibits its SUMO E3 ligase activity toward MITF. This reduces MITF SUMOylation and subsequent RNF4‐mediated ubiquitination, leading to MITF protein accumulation and gastric cancer progression. Abstract Metabolic dysregulation plays a significant role in the development of gastric cancer (GC).

Nociceptive nerve‐secreted CGRP promotes RAMP1hi CD140b+ CD146+ fibroblast differentiation into myofibroblasts through ERK activation, causing severe fibrosis. Senescence‐Inducing Therapy Sequential NIR‐II Mild Photothermal/Senolytic Therapy of Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Targeting triple‐negative breast cancer remains challenging due to limited therapies and drug resistance. A sequential theranostic strategy combining palbociclib‐induced senescence (enhancing heat sensitivity via HSP70 downregulation) with an NIR‐II nanoplatform (IQ NPs) for mild photothermal therapy (PTT) and quercetin‐mediated senolysis is developed.
