Elephantiasis nostras verrucosa (ENV) is a rare, chronic, and progressive disease. Recurrent leg ulcers and cellulitis are the major cause of morbidity and mortality for ENV. However, the coexistence of ENV with AA amyloidosis is extremely rare.
