Skene duct adenocarcinoma in a patient with an elevated serum prostate-specific antigen level: a case report [PDF]
Female urethral carcinoma is a very rare disease that accounts for 0.02% of malignant diseases in female patients.A 70-year-old Asian Japanese woman with a urethral tumor was referred to our hospital to undergo further examination. Elevated Duct Effects on Radar Ranges Using an Airborne Microwave Refractometer [PDF]
Anomalous distribution of humidity and temperature in the troposphere is responsible for significant changes in electromagnetic wave propagation and results in enhancement/degradation of radar ranges, elevation errors etc. The present investigation assesses atmospheric refraction effects in the tropics by producing radar ray traces which depict the ...

A Novel Decellularized Fibrocartilage Graft Promotes Tympanic Membrane Repair
An off‐the‐shelf decellularized porcine meniscus fibrocartilage graft (MEND) is engineered for pediatric tympanoplasty. Featuring a microchannel architecture that promotes host cell invasion, MEND rapidly closes tympanic membrane perforations and fully remodels in vivo, outperforming fascia and matching cartilage grafts while avoiding donor‐site ...

Intrahepatic bile duct adenoma in a patient with chronic hepatitis B accompanied by elevation of alpha-fetoprotein [PDF]
A 51-year-old male patient with chronic hepatitis B was referred to our hospital due to a 1-cm liver nodule on ultrasonography. Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) was slightly elevated. The nodule showed prolonged enhancement on dynamic liver magnetic resonance imaging and appeared as a hyperintensity on both diffusion-weighted and T2-weighted imaging. The nodule

Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.
