Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

To explore the falling morphology of multiscale fresh tea leaves at different speeds, this study evaluated the multiscale fresh tea leaves (one bud with two leaves, one bud with one leaf, single leaf, and damaged leaf) at different heights (0.7 m, 0.5 m,

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Modern condition monitoring systems of elevator units
The paper considers the main systems for monitoring elevator equipment condition, their tasks and functionality. The dependence of the degree of elevator load on the number of storeys of the building is considered.

On the Equivalence Principle and Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies
We consider a certain extension of the Einstein's elevator thought experiment by assuming that the elevator is charged and falls into an electromagnetic field.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

A space necklace about the earth [PDF]
A space elevator is forecasted for the first quarter of the 21st century, that will consist of a cable attached at the earth's equator, suspended in space by an artificial satellite in geosynchronous orbit.

The orbital siphon : A new space elevator concept [PDF]
A new concept for propellantless payload transfer from the surface of the Earth to Earth escape is presented. Firstly, a simple model of a payload ascending or descending a conventional space elevator is developed to explore the underlying dynamics of ...

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.
