L‐cysteine triggers auto‐assembly of POD‐like 3D biomimetic S‐Cu‐S single‐atom nanozymes on MoS2 (MoCC). MoCC shows 16.3‐fold higher catalytic velocity and 17.9‐fold greater affinity than HRP, enabling efficient •OH generation via enhanced electron inversion and transfer.

Proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells was stimulated by a nearly vertical 60 or 120 μT static magnetic field (MF) in comparison to cells that were shielded against MFs. When the static field was combined with an extremely low frequency (

Two Novel S‐methyltransferases Confer Dimethylsulfide Production in Actinomycetota
This study identifies two novel S‐adenosine‐methionine‐dependent methyltransferases, MddM1 and MddM2, in actinomycetes from the Mariana Trench. These enzymes can convert toxic hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and methanethiol (MeSH) into dimethylsulfide (DMS), serving as a cellular detoxification and oxidative stress response.

ELF-MF exposure affects the robustness of epigenetic programming during granulopoiesis
Extremely-low-frequency magnetic fields (ELF-MF) have been classified as “possibly carcinogenic” to humans on the grounds of an epidemiological association of ELF-MF exposure with an increased risk of childhood leukaemia.

Correlative Imaging Platform Linking Taste Cell Function to Molecular Identity
A correlative imaging platform is developed to study how individual taste cells respond to different taste qualities. By linking cellular activity with molecular identity and environmental context, dual‐tuned taste cells capable of detecting both sweet and umami stimuli are identified.

Precise modulation of reaction pathways remains an unresolved challenge in peroxymonosulfate‐activated advanced oxidation processes. The spatial preorganization strategy in engineered confinement architecture enables regioselective bond cleavage in monoethanolamine via synergistic proton–electron transfer, redirecting its degradation from nonselective ...

Extremely low frequency electromagnetic field generator suitable for plant in vitro studies
The extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (ELF-EMF) occurs naturally from the earth and artificially as a human invention. The objectives of this study were to develop a suitable ELF-EMF generator for in vitro plants culture studies and to ...

ELF Electromagnetic Waves from Lightning: The Schumann Resonances
Lightning produces electromagnetic fields and waves in all frequency ranges. In the extremely low frequency (ELF) range below 100 Hz, the global Schumann Resonances (SR) are excited at frequencies of 8 Hz, 14 Hz, 20 Hz, etc.
