Component Analysis Based on UHPLC‐Q‐Exactive‐Orbitrap/MS and Immune Regulatory Activity Assessment by an LPS‐Stimulated Macrophages Model of Sacha Inchi Shell (Plukenetia volubilis Linneo) Extract

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 10, October 2026.
The extract of SISE was characterized by LC‐MS, and 44 constituents were identified. Immune function evaluation confirmed that SISWE has a bidirectional immune regulation effect. Further mechanistic studies revealed that SISWE alleviates inflammatory response via suppressing NF‐KB and MAPK signaling pathways.
