An All‐Optical Driven Bio‐Photovoltaic Interface for Active Control of Live Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Bio‐photovoltaic Interface (BIO‐PV‐I) for live cell manipulation is presented. BIO‐PV‐I can be activated non‐invasively and remotely to control the spatial motility, adhesion, and morphology of cells adhering to it. BIO‐PV‐I uses a patterned light‐induced electric potential in iron‐doped lithium niobate crystals whose light‐driven and reversible nature,

On the status of DELL systems

open access: yesNuclear Physics B
A detailed review of the p,q-duality for Calogero system and its generalizations is given. For the first time, we present some of elliptic-trigonometric Hamiltonians dual to the elliptic Ruijsenaars Hamiltonians (i.e.

Canonical System on Elliptic Curves [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1993
We deduce a canonical algebraic complete integrable system using the representation of the Heisenberg group. This system is shown to have solutions equivalent to those of the rigid body motion on SO(3) (Euler Top).

Generating Cell Surface Nucleated Hydrogels with an Artificial Membrane‐Binding Transglutaminase

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Cell‐based therapies require advanced strategies to enhance cell delivery and bioactivity. Cell membrane engineering offers an avenue to impart new functions to delivered cells to boost their viability and function. Here, an artificial membrane‐binding transglutaminase is generated and biophysically characterized.

A refined bound on the dimension of ℝN for an elliptic system involving critical terms with infinitely many solutions

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis, 2018
In this paper, we extend the result of Yan and Yang [16] on equations to an elliptic system involving critical Sobolev and Hardy–Sobolev exponents in bounded domains satisfying some geometric condition.

Raman Microscopy at the Organic–Inorganic Interfaces in Human Calcified Aortic Valves Shows the Co‐Existence of Whitlockite Crystals and Carbonated Hydroxyapatite‐Mineralized Collagen Fibrils

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study advances our understanding of aortic valve stenosis by capturing spatially resolved chemical and structural changes at the nanoscale. The findings highlight the potential of combined Raman and electron microscopy for understanding calcification mechanisms across diverse tissue types.

Analysis of an elliptic system with infinitely many solutions

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis, 2017
We consider the elliptic system Δ⁢u=up⁢vq${\Delta u\hskip-0.284528pt=\hskip-0.284528ptu^{p}v^{q}}$, Δ⁢v=ur⁢vs${\Delta v\hskip-0.284528pt=\hskip-0.284528ptu^{r}v^{s}}$ in Ω with the boundary conditions ∂⁡u/∂⁡η=λ⁢u${{\partial u/\partial\eta}=\lambda u}$, ∂⁡

Explicit solutions of some equations and systems of mathematical physics

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2020
This paper deals at first with a fully integrable evolution system of nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) which is a generalization of the classical Heisenberg ferromagnet equation.

All‐Aqueous Pullulan Fibers Enabling Visible‐to‐Near‐Infrared Waveguiding with Mechanical and Thermal Resilience

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Pullulan, a biomass‐derived polysaccharide, is transformed into transparent optical fibers using a solvent‐free borax hydrogel‐spinning method. The fibers outperform PMMA with ≈200 MPa tensile strength and 200 °C stability, while uniquely guiding visible‐to‐NIR light and enabling additive‐free humidity sensing.

Boundary partial Holder regularity for elliptic systems with non-standard growth

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2018
We investigate regular points on the boundaries of elliptic systems with non-standard growth, in particular, so-called Orlicz growth. A regular point on the boundary in this paper is a point for which a weak solution to a system is Holder continuous ...
