Mechanism‐Aware Digital Twin for High‐Temperature Creep Prediction in Mo–Re Alloys
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A digital twin framework enables real‐time monitoring of creep in refractory alloys and reveals dislocation‐drag‐induced Re segregation to grain boundaries. Inspired by this, La2O3 dispersion is introduced to suppress dislocation motion — concurrently mitigating Re segregation and enhancing creep resistance.
