Castleman disease (CD) is a major diagnostic challenge for rheumatologists. Unicentric CD (UCD) involves one enlarged lymph node region, whereas multicentric CD (MCD) involves multiple enlarged lymph node regions. Objective Vacuoles E1 enzyme X‐linked autoinflammatory somatic syndrome (VEXAS) is a recently identified rare genetic disorder associated with somatic mutations in the UBA1 gene.
