Anisotropy of Second‐Harmonic Generation in SnSe Flakes with Ferroelectric Stacking

Giant second‐harmonic generation (SHG) susceptibility, on the order of 1000 pm V−1, in SnSe with ferroelectric stacking is demonstrated by theoretical and experimental methods. Cancer cell‐intrinsic SMYD3 orchestrates an immunosuppressive microenvironment and impairs the response to PD‐1 blockade by reprogramming immune cells landscape in the tumor microenvironment of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The immunomodulatory function of SMYD3 is mediated via the SREBP1/CD47 pathway.

Human Bone‐Derived Endothelial Cells Mediate Bone Regeneration via Distinct Expression of KIT Ligand

Bone‐specific endothelial cells (b‐ECs) uniquely express KITLG, which recruits c‐Kit+/CD34+ hematopoietic progenitors (HPCs) to the osteovascular niche, initiating a cascade that culminates in the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (bm‐MSCs) and subsequent ossification.
