Molecular emission of 13CO (J=1−0) and C18O (J=1−0) from OMC-3

Chinese Astronomy and Astrophysics, 2001
Abstract 13CO (J = 1 − 0) and C18O (J = 1 − 0) emissions of the OMC-3 in the Orion A molecular cloud were mapped with the 13.7 m millimeter wave telescope of Purple Mountain Observatory using a higher spatial resolution. The overall structure of the cloud and the average physical parameters of all the 13CO (J = 1 − 0) and C18O (J = 1 − 0) cores are ...

Transition moments active in the PH (b 1Σ+ ν′ = 0 → X 3Σ− ν″ = 0) emission

Chemical Physics Letters, 1991
Abstract The ratio μ ‖ /μ ⊥ of the transition moments in the PH (b 1 Σ + ν′ = 0 → X 3 Σ − ν″ = 0) emission is obtained from the relative intensities of the rotational branches. A radiative lifetime value, previously determined, allows an evaluation of the effective transition moment and thus the single components can be deduced.

Observation of Si emission during thermal oxidation of Si(0 0 1) with high-resolution RBS

Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms, 2006
Abstract An epitaxially grown Si isotope heterostructure, 28 Si(2 nm)/ 30 Si(1 nm)/ nat Si, was used to study the behavior of Si atoms during oxidation. The change in the Si-isotope profiles during the oxidation was observed using high-resolution Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy.

Photoemission of Co/Cu(1 0 0). Non-relativistic spin- and angle-resolved normal emission

Solid State Communications, 1991
Abstract The Co/Cu(1 0 0) system is the first system known where the contributions to the spin polarisation of spin-orbit coupling and the ferromagnetic overlayer were clearly distinguisher experimentally. In order to get a first understanding of the contributions of the 3 d -overlayer and the substrate to the photocurrent, non-relativistic spin ...

New observations of CO(1-0) line emission in planetary nebulae

Chinese Astronomy and Astrophysics, 2000
Abstract Using the 13.7m radio telescope at Qinhai Station of Purple Mountain Observatory, new observational results have been obtained for 5 planetary nebulae. Among them, the CO(2-1) emission of M1-8 and M3-3 has been detected and the results of observation of their CO(1-0) emission are presented in this paper.

Cathodoluminescence study of the Y-0 emission from ZnSe films

2000
The Y-0 emission from an MBE grown sample of ZnSe/GaAs has been studied by TEM-CL technique. Thin films were prepared by removing the GaAs substrate by ion milling. Misfit dislocations were directly observed by TEM, and examined by monochromatic CL imaging.
