Structure–activity relationship (SAR) optimization of bio‐reducible ionizable lipids enables the development of highly effective lipid nanoparticle (LNP) mRNA vaccines. This article presents the development of silica nanocage‐based nano‐inks tailored for digital light processing 3D printing, enabling automated additive manufacturing of mesoporous monoliths.
