Right Ventricular Outflow Tract Mass in Antiphospholipid Syndrome

We represent a 49‐year‐old man with APS syndrome and history of multiple arterial and venous thrombosis, who presented with dyspnea. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed a mobile, round‐shaped, non‐homogeneous mass (14 × 8 mm), attached to RVOT, in favor of thrombosis.
