Anti‐granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (anti‐GM‐CSF) antibodies, classically associated with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP), are increasingly recognised as a cause of adult‐onset immunodeficiency predisposing to opportunistic infections. Coinfections with multiple opportunistic pathogens in this context are uncommon.
