Intelligent Control for Quadrotors Based on a Novel Method: TD3-ADRC

open access: yesDrones
To address the requirements for multi-channel decoupling and high-precision control in quadrotor UAV systems, this paper proposes a novel intelligent controller (TD3-ADRC) which integrates Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) with the Twin Delayed

Dual‐Targeting Biomimetic Nanozymes Loaded Microneedle Patch Promotes Scarless Wound Healing Through Anti‐Inflammatory and Anti‐Fibrotic Effects

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed a dual‐targeting biomimetic nanozyme hybrid system (Cu‐CeO2@ABs‐FTP) and integrated it with HAMA hydrogel to fabricate a microneedle patch (CAF@MN). The patch promotes fibroblast‐mediated wound repair, targets macrophages to induce M2 polarization, and targets myofibroblasts to exert anti‐fibrotic effects, thereby enabling rapid ...

SR‐A3 Promotes USP18‐Mediated deISGylation of STING to Protect Against Myocardial Ischemia‐Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MI/RI is a major clinical challenge with high morbidity and mortality. This study demonstrates that SR‐A3 expression is downregulated in MI/RI, and its deletion exacerbates damage via the USP18/ISG15/STING axis, revealing SR‐A3 as a potential therapeutic target.

Political economy of social security with endogenous preferences [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
In this paper we study the interaction between economic policy and preferences when both are endogenous. Economic policy results from a vote, whereas individual preferences are influenced by specific investment in training and education. The paper focuses on a particular economic policy: the financing of the social security system.

China's Low‐Carbon Energy Transition Over the Past Two Decades: Experiences and Implications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
China's low‐carbon energy transition features a brief decline and subsequent rebound in coal consumption, alongside the rapid expansion of renewable energy. This study develops a stage‐based analytical framework to explain this evolution from the perspectives of economic development, energy security, and environmental sustainability, revealing how ...

SynNotch Receptors for Visualizing Immunoreceptor Force Transmission and Downstream Signaling In Vivo

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A mechanically activated SynNotch reporter platform enables detection of force transmission through receptors as they mediate immune cell interactions. Targeting CD40 on B cells and TCR on T cells records force‐induced reporter activation across 2D coculture, 3D organoid, and implanted in mice, which also reveal force‐amplification of immune receptor ...

AARS1‐Mediated H3K27 Lactylation Rewires Glycolysis to Sustain Aggressive and Recurrent Bladder Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
AARS1 drives PI3K–AKT–mTOR‐dependent glycolysis in bladder cancer, promoting lactate accumulation, increased lactylation, H3K27la enrichment at the HK2 promoter, and HK2 transcription. HK2 reinforces glycolysis, sustaining a metabolic–epigenetic program associated with tumor progression, recurrence, and metastasis.
