Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, Volume 105, Issue 10, Page 2068-2080, October 2026.This retrospective observational study compared clinical outcomes from patients who underwent transumbilical laparoendoscopic single‐site surgery (single‐site laparoscopy) or conventional multi‐port laparoscopy for myomectomy. Single‐site laparoscopy and multi‐port laparoscopy showed similar performance in terms of surgical safety.
