背景:本邦では, 脈絡膜悪性黒色腫に対する眼球温存を目的とした眼内腫瘍切除の予後に関する報告は少ない. 以前, 我々は後極部脈絡膜悪性黒色腫に赤外線レーザー光凝固を併用し, 経硝子体的切除を行った1例について報告した. 初回治療後腫瘍が再発し眼球摘出を行ったので, その後の長期経過も含めて報告する. 症例:47歳男性, 右眼黄斑耳側の脈絡膜腫瘍が約1年の経過で増大し, 脈絡膜悪性黒色腫と判断した.
