Annals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.KRAS mutation demonstrated a prognostic impact according to primary tumor sidedness, independent of tumor morphology, in patients undergoing hepatectomy for colorectal liver metastases. A nomogram integrating biological and clinicopathological factors was developed to provide continuous biological risk assessment.
