IC test using the energy consumption ratio

IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, 1999
Dynamic-current based test techniques can potentially address the drawbacks of traditional and I/sub ddq/ test methodologies. The quality of dynamic current based test is degraded by process variations in IC manufacture. The energy consumption ratio (ECR) is a new metric that improves the effectiveness of dynamic current test by reducing the impact of ...

Development of energy consumption ratio test

Proceedings. 21st VLSI Test Symposium, 2003., 2003
Dynamic Idd test methods have been shown to detect defects that escape other test techniques. Normal process variations decrease the fault coverage and affect the performance of dynamic Idd test techniques. A dynamic-current based test metric, Energy Consumption Ratio (ECR), has been proposed to address the process variation problem and has been ...

Radiometer with signal energies ratio

2016 IEEE Radar Methods and Systems Workshop (RMSW), 2016
The method of optimal signal processing in the radiometer with instability of predetection section is obtained. Unlike zero-type radiometer the method do not require controlled oscillator and can be realized on FPGA. A signal processing method feature is independence of parameter estimates on the instability of predetection section.

On energy coefficients and ratios

Energy Economics, 1984
Abstract This paper examines the methodological issues of the debates surrounding the problem of measuring energy consumption and the use of the concept of energy coefficients. It also investigates the Brookes' hypothesis of a development effect on energy consumption.

Elasticities, ratios and energy modelling

Energy Economics, 1985
Abstract This paper shows certain pitfalls in calculating elasticities and ratios. By studying some commonly used econometric models of energy, it is then argued that income elasticity could be considered stable both in the short run and in the long run.

Direct-to-reverberant energy ratio sensitivity

The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 2002
Although the ratio of direct-to-reverberant sound energy is known to be an important acoustic cue to sound source distance, human sensitivity to changes in this cue is largely unknown. Here, direct-to-reverberant energy discrimination thresholds were measured for six listeners using virtual sound source techniques that allow for convenient and precise ...
