The Artificial Accelerograms have been developed for assessing the dynamic response of structures. Considering seismological properties of the site are necessary for the best simulation of accelerograms. In a simplified seismic analysis, we model only the strong phase of the seismic signal. The latter is then assumed to be stationary during this period.
