Microscale Templating of Functional Particles Using Self‐Limiting Electrospray Deposition
Self‐limiting electrospray deposition (SLED) uses trapped charge in a growing film to redirect incoming material and produce highly targeted and uniform sprays. Here, nanoparticles are added to sprays to functionalize pre‐patterned electrodes and other devices.
