Selective Nitrate Transmembrane Transport Through Adaptive Weak C─H Bonding Cyanostilbene Water Channels

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
Here we demonstrate that weak HB CH donor cyanostilbenes promote water/ion transport through their ability to form less‐ordered transient water channels within the lipid bilayer with increased water permeability and NO3−/ Cl− selectivity. ABSTRACT Transmembrane water transport strongly depends on how dynamic, translocating water clusters are stabilized

Dynamic Covalent Radical Recombination for the Assembly of Tuneable Responsive Porous Organic Cages

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
Dynamic covalent chemistry (DCC) based on reversible radical recombination enables the assembly of responsive, C─C‐linked organic cages. Substituent‐controlled aryldicyanomethyl radicals form discrete, porous architectures with tuneable topology of Tri2 and Tri4 cages, gas selectivity, chromism, and self‐healing behaviour, establishing radical‐based ...

Sombor indices in main group metal chemistry: Computational evaluation of bismuth(iii) iodide, oxide/silicate frameworks, and dendrimers for QSAR applications

open access: yesMain Group Metal Chemistry
Topological indices (TIs), as numerical descriptors derived from molecular graphs, offer critical insights into structural properties of chemical compounds by quantifying atomic connectivity, independent of spatial configuration.

Developed Correlations for Prediction of The Enthalpies of Saturated Vapor Liquid Coexisting Phases

open access: yesمجلة النهرين للعلوم الهندسية, 2010
In this study a new criteria is adopted by the use of Rectilinear Diameter principle to express the saturated vapor and liquid enthalpies at the coexisting phases for pure substances and mixtures, this requires another relation that used to calculate ...

Design and Optimization of a Novel Kalina‐Organic Rankine Cycle System Based on LNG Cold Energy Utilization

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study proposes a novel integrated system (SDKC‐DORC) that combines a split‐flow dual‐pressure Kalina cycle with a secondary organic Rankine cycle for the synergistic utilization of solar energy and liquefied natural gas (LNG) cold energy.
