Environmental DNA (e-DNA) extraction from soil v1
Soil harbors diverse microorganisms, including fungi that play crucial environmental roles but can also harm plants, animals, and humans through infections or spore exposure. In 2022, the WHO released several pathogenic fungi, including Fusarium group, Mucorales and Eumycetoma agents, which are prevalent in Thailand's agricultural soils and have caused

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Glyptotendipes pallens (Meigen, 1804) serves as a significant bioindicator for monitoring freshwater ecosystems. Despite the performance of COI barcode analyses on G. pallens, the mitogenome of this taxon remains unassembled and unanalyzed. In this study,

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

Measurements of electron transfer rates as well as of charge transport characteristics in DNA produced a number of seemingly contradictory results, ranging from insulating behaviour to the suggestion that DNA is an efficient medium for charge transport ...

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Environmental DNA metabarcoding of pan trap water to monitor arthropod‐plant interactions
Globally, the diversity of arthropods and the plants upon which they rely are under increasing pressure due to a combination of biotic and abiotic anthropogenic stressors.

Comparative study of the histology and Micro-CT scan of the goldfish hood
The hood (also known as head growth or wen) is a distinctive feature of goldfish characterized by skin tissue proliferation. The classification of goldfish hood types and the study of the underlying skeletal structure still have substantial gaps in ...
