This study presents a polyanhydride‐based delivery platform for single‐injection, self‐boosting vaccines. The system enables programmable, pulsatile release of diphtheria toxoid with high antigen recovery and is guided by machine learning for tunability. In vivo results show immune responses comparable to multi‐dose regimens, highlighting its potential

A latent factor approach for prediction from multiple assays [PDF]
In many domains such as healthcare or finance, data often come in different assays or measurement modalities, with features in each assay having a common theme. Simply concatenating these assays together and performing prediction can be effective but ignores this structure.

Evaluation of Musk by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay.
We report the development of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the quantitative analysis of a unique musk protein (MP-1) in musk samples. Musk defatted with ethyl acetate/methanol (9:1, v/v) was dipped in cold water and ammonium sulfate was added to the supernatant up to 85% saturation.

3D Printed Magnetic Origami Scaffolds for Guided Tissue Assembly
3D‐printed magnetic origami scaffolds enhance 3D coculture by directing cell proliferation pre‐folding, restricting expansion for controlled growth within the channel, and spatially and temporally promoting 3D multicellular dissemination post‐folding.
