Immobilization of enzymes with polyaziridines
Journal of Biotechnology, 1990A novel method of enzyme immobilization using a low molecular weight prepolymer of tri-functional aziridines which can immobilize enzymes both by covalent attachment and entrapment within a gel matrix is described. The enzymes are immobilized on a solid support and exhibit an excellent retention of enzymatic activity.

Enzyme immobilization on fibrin
Biotechnology and Bioengineering, 1976The following conclusions can be drawn concerning the utilization of fibrin to immobilized enzyme systems. Fibrin can be used both as a powder or membrane, to covalently immobilize trypsin with retention of activity. Carbon-14 labeled trypsin can be used to estimate the amount of immobilized enzyme on a proteinaceous support.
