Morphogenesis in epicotyl dormant tree seeds
具上胚軸休眠特性的林木種子,當其發 芽時,由外部形態觀察得知,胚根已順利突出 種皮,但是其上胚軸卻仍呈休眠狀態而未見明 顯生長發育,莢迷屬或流蘇等植物的種子即屬 於具上胚軸休眠的林木種子。在台灣地區,莢 迷屬植物廣泛分佈於本島低至高海拔林地之 邊緣,本研究即以不同海拔生態環境下的六種 莢迷屬植物(珊瑚樹、紅子莢迷、呂宋莢迷、 臺東莢迷、狹葉莢迷與樺葉莢迷)的種子為材 料,予以新鮮、冷儲(5℃) 和交替冷溫儲(20/30 ℃+4℃)等層積儲藏後,進行發芽試驗並統計 發芽結果,再透過電顯技術觀察其種子發芽 ...
