Prrt2, a causal gene for paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia, was sparsely expressed in nigrostriatal dopaminergic neurons, but alternatively in excitatory (within the cerebral cortex and cerebellum) or inhibitory (within the basal ganglia) neurons in a region‐dependent manner, suggesting that Prrt2 functions in both the basal ganglia and cerebellar ...

This study was conducted to determine the efficacy of native entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs); Steinernema affine 46 (Bovien, 1937), S. feltiae 879 (Filipjev, 1934), S. carpocapsae 1133 (Weiser, 1955) and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora 1144 (Poinar, 1976)

Pediatric spinal ependymomas: Long‐term surgical outcomes in a cohort of 61 cases
Spinal ependymomas are rare in children, with limited long‐term outcome data. In this retrospective study of 61 pediatric patients undergoing surgical resection, gross total resection was achieved in 62.3% and was associated with favorable functional improvement. Recurrence was observed in 31.1% of cases.

High-Resolution Infection Kinetics of Entomopathogenic Nematodes Entering Drosophila melanogaster
Entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs) have been a useful model for studying wound healing in insects due to their natural mechanism of entering an insect host either through the cuticle or an orifice.

ABSTRACT The overuse of synthetic pesticides in agriculture has raised significant environmental and health concerns. Biopesticides have emerged as viable, environmentally compatible alternatives. However, recent comprehensive reviews integrating all biopesticide categories and emphasizing their contribution to synthetic‐pesticide‐free and health‐safe ...

Implantable Brain–Machine Interface for Olfactory Neural Regulation in Bioelectronic Nose: A Review
The olfactory Brain‐Machine Interface described in this paper bypasses damaged peripheral olfactory pathways by implanting stimulation electrodes in the olfactory bulb or higher‐order olfactory cortex, thereby forming a closed‐loop system that integrates signal acquisition, information decoding, and cortical integration.
