EPR Paradox and Quantum Field Theories

Romanian Journal of Physics
"We discuss the EPR paradox and study an example of this in a quantum field theoretical context. We show that there is always an alternative description of QFT in which particles that interact at a moment in time remain entangled and therefore in a form of contact at any spatial or temporal separation.

The EPR Paradox in Particle Physics

1999
A more critical scrutiny of the incompatibility between quantum theory and local realism can come from the study of the EPR paradox in domains where highly efficient particle detectors are used and the additional assumptions are therefore not needed. An appealing possibility is the decay of a J PC = 1-- vector meson into a pair of neutral bosons.

The Problem of Decoherence and the EPR-Paradox

2000
The EPR-paradox can be resolved by a relaxation of the locality principle which allows for a nonlocal objectification. Since quantum theory of measurement does not lead to a decoherence of the measurement results but rather excludes pointer as well as system objectification, the relaxed locality principle becomes meaningless and must be replaced by a ...

The EPR Paradox in the Real World

1990
In the previous chapter we defined ‘Einstein locality’ as a set of three assumptions: (1) EPR reality criterion, (2) time arrow, (3) and separability. The arguments which have been raised against this conception will now be reviewed. Some of them we shall discard by showing that they are equivalent to rejecting a priori, one way or another, the very ...
