Analysis of Green Total Factor Productivity of Grain and Its Dynamic Distribution: Evidence from Poyang Lake Basin, China

open access: yesAgriculture, 2021
Based on the grain production data of the counties (cities, districts) in Poyang Lake Basin, this paper uses the productivity index of Epsilon Based Measure of Malmquist Luenberger (EBM-ML Index) to analyse the green total factor productivity (GTFP) of ...

Communication-Efficient and Differentially-Private Distributed Nash Equilibrium Seeking With Linear Convergence [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Control Systems Letters
The distributed computation of a Nash equilibrium (NE) for non-cooperative games is gaining increased attention recently. Due to the nature of distributed systems, privacy and communication efficiency are two critical concerns.

Linear-quadratic-Gaussian mean-field games driven by Poisson jumps with major and minor agents

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics
This paper studies mean-field linear-quadratic-Gaussian (LQG) games with a major agent and a large number of minor agents, where each agent's state process is driven by a Poisson random measure and independent Brownian motion.

Ferroelectric Relaxor Quantum Crystals

open access: yesCrystals, 2018
A discussion is given of ferroelectrics (FEs) that have their Curie temperatures Tc very near absolute zero. These have differences in their dynamics in comparison with higher-temperature systems, since domain wall motion occurs via quantum mechanical ...

Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, Volume 39, Issue 3, Page 566-581, March 2025.
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

Adaptable Tile‐Based Pneumatic Origami through Structurally Coupled Localized Actuation

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents tile‐based pneumatic origami structures with rigid tiles and flexible fabric creases, achieving adaptable properties including morphing shape, selective multistability, and tunable stiffness. Independently pressurized folding bladders at each crease enable structurally coupled localized actuation of origami structures.

Counter-Intuitive Effects of Q-Learning Exploration in a Congestion Dilemma

open access: yesIEEE Access
Exploration is an integral part of learning dynamics which allows algorithms to search a space of solutions. When many algorithms simultaneously explore, this can lead to counter-intuitive effects. This paper contributes an analysis of the influence that
