ABSTRACT Objective Malignant otitis externa (MOE) is a potentially life‐threatening infection of the external auditory canal (EAC), often with skull base extension. Vascular complications are exceptionally rare, with only six reports of petrous internal carotid artery (ICA) pseudoaneurysm following MOE.
