A lead‐free tin‐based hybrid perovskite is designed in which stereochemically active lone‐pair electrons on tin distort the crystal lattice and break its symmetry. Blended into a flexible polymer, the material converts pressure into electricity at milliwatt‐scale power density and continues working far below freezing, powering a commercial wristwatch ...

Poly(acrylic acid) acts as a reaction‐time pH buffer during hydrothermal Sb2(S,Se)3 growth through its COOH/COO‐ equilibrium. When combined with ethanol‐regulated growth, this buffering strategy reduces Sb‐O related surface disorder, improves local electronic uniformity and carrier collection, and increases the champion solar‐cell efficiency to 10.25%,

Estimation of equilibrium exchange rate in CEECs: a rolling window approach [PDF]
The literature on equilibrium exchange rates for the Central and Eastern European Countries has blossomed in the recent years. The multitude of studies is justified by the fact that, in order to join the Eurozone, these countries have to participate to ...

Role of Structural Disorder on Phonon Transport and Thermal Conductivity in Li6PS5Br
Solid electrolytes are fast ion and slow heat conductors. Although both transport properties are governed by lattice dynamics and atomic structure, their interplay remains poorly understood. Here, we study this interrelation in anion‐ordered and disordered Li6PS5Br.

Real Exchange Rate Misalignment and Trade Flows in Nigeria (1960-2013)
The paper examined the effects of real exchange rate misalignment on trade flows in Nigeria between the year 1960 and 2013. Trade flows were divided into export flow, import and trade balance. The paper employed the behavioural equilibrium exchange rate (

Temporal Dimension and Equilibrium Exchange Rate: a FEER / BEER Comparison [PDF]
We analyze, in a unified theoretical framework, the two main models for equilibrium exchange rate, namely, the BEER and the FEER approaches. In order to understand the interactions between them, we study in detail the temporal links between these two ...

Magneto‐Ionic Devices With Polymer‐Based Electrolytes
Polymer electrolytes are introduced for magneto‐ionic devices based on hydroxide and hydrogen ions. The magneto‐ionic effect results in a pronounced voltage‐controlled variation of coercivity in both devices. The switching speed is in the range of 100 ms.

Unexpected Asymmetric Mn‐Sb Site Mixing and Reentrant Spin‐Glass State of MnSb2Te4
MnSb2Te4 is an intrinsic magnetic topological insulator. Its properties are extraordinarily sensitive to tiny defects, making structural studies essential for understanding how magnetism and topology work together. This work shows that Mn can be unevenly distributed within the crystal and how that disorder is linked to a newly reported spin‐glass state
