Multi‐Stimuli Responsive Angstrom‐Scale Two‐Dimensional Channels of Natural Layered Materials

Å‐scale ion channels naturally formed within the interlayers of vermiculite clay enable ionic current modulation in response to mechanical, chemical, and electrical stimuli. Coupled pressure and electric fields induce reversible streaming current (Istream) polarity inversion, which is explained by a modified surface charge regulation model.

Volatile Memristive Devices With Tunable Temporal Dynamics For Event‐Based Sensing

Tunable volatile memristive devices can serve various neural‐inspired tasks that require different time windows of information retention. The ionic‐based volatility of the presented Pt/a‐STO/TaOx/Ta device stack can be reproducibly and controllably tuned in multiple ways.

Wavelength‐ and Helicity‐Reconfigurable Circularly Polarized Optical Diodes Enabled by Molecular Photoswitches

All‐optical, photoswitchable diode‐type device for tunable nonreciprocal (asymmetric) transmission of CPL across a broad spectrum of light is demonstrated using molecular motor (photoswitch)‐doped cholesteric liquid crystals (CLCs) sandwiched between polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polydopamine (PDA)‐PVA composite layers.
