Integrated Circuit Modeling by means of Equivalent Modeling

2020 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon), 2020
This Ensuring proper interaction of the electromagnetic field from the radiator in the design of high-speed printed circuit boards is a current task. In order to accurately predict the electromagnetic field established by the radiator, this paper proposes an approach that includes the exact radiator's emission, which is described by some dipole moments

A Universal Equivalent Circuit Model for Ceramic Capacitors

IEICE Transactions on Electronics, 2010
A physics-based equivalent circuit model of the ceramic capacitor is proposed, which can reproduce frequency characteristics of its impedance including the often observed yet hitherto physically unexplained kinks appearing above the primary series resonance frequency. The model can also account for parasitic effects of external inductances. In order to

Equivalent Circuit Models

1999
The following sections discuss creating equivalent circuit models of packages from measured data and creating models from EM simulation results. Assuming we can do both well, it is usually best to choose measurement where a physical part and appropriate test board already exist. EM simulation’s big advantage is simulating structures that do not already

Equivalent Circuit Modelling of Ferrite Inductors Losses

2018 IEEE 4th International Forum on Research and Technology for Society and Industry (RTSI), 2018
The modelling of the magnetic losses in the core of ferrite inductors for power conversion circuits has been considered in this paper. On the basis of the Revised Generalized Steinmetz Model (RGSE) an equivalent circuital modelling has been obtained. The losses are modelled as an equivalent resistance connected in parallel to the inductor.

Equivalent Circuit Modelling

1993
During the last decade, there has been a shift in emphasis in device modelling research away from equivalent circuits and in favour of numerical device simulation. This has been driven by a rapid increase in the computing power to cost ratio and the assertion that the solution of the fundamental device equations is required to adequately model modern ...

Thermoradiative Cell Equivalent Circuit Model

IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, 2021
Thermoradiative cells provide a means of electricity generation through direct transfer of energy from heat flux at the cell to radiation from the cell to a colder ambient. While thermodynamic limits and detailed models have been developed for thermoradiative cells, intuitive models to guide the development of thermoradiative cells and associated ...

EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT MODEL OF THE SOLAR CELL

2021
One of the main methods in the study of solar cells is mathematical modeling. This article describes single diode model used in the study of various photoelectric parameters of solar cells.

Equivalent-Circuit Modelling of Chassis Radiator

2009 German Microwave Conference, 2009
The comparison of the characteristics of a flat dipole and the rectangular chassis eigen-mode leads to the concept of the chassis radiator as a flat dipole with completely filled, short-circuited terminal area. The equivalent circuit for the chassis radiator is derived from the flat dipole equivalent circuit by exclusion of the parasitic feed inductor ...

An equivalent-circuit radiation sensor model

Proceedings of SOUTHEASTCON '94, 2002
The utility of pyroelectric detectors at infrared and visible light frequencies is common knowledge. However, it is not well known that pulsed or otherwise amplitude modulated microwave radiation also can be detected with pyroelectric materials.

On equivalent circuit modeling for synchronous machines

IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, 1999
This paper presents alternative equivalent circuits for modeling the steady state frequency response (SSFR) data measured for turboalternator synchronous machines. These models provide direct representation of the frequency-dependent skin-effect properties of the dampers and rotor iron. The parameters are determined by matching the measured data to the
