Oriental Insects, 1998Abstract. Results of a survey in Bangladesh for eriophyoid mites (Acari: Eriophyoidea) are reported. Nine species are recorded of which Cosella purpureusi is newly described. Another three species, viz., Diptilomiopus guajavae Mohanasundaram, Tegolophus ficusi Chakrabarti & Mondai and Tegolophus sp. are new to Bangladesh.
