Insights Into Overall Photocatalytic Water Splitting Through Simultaneous In Situ H2 and O2 Measurements

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 19, Issue 5, 13 March 2026.
A photoreactor setup allowing for simultaneous in situ detection of H2 and O2 in the liquid as well as gas phase is described. Using this system, overall water splitting with Rh2−yCryO3/Al:SrTiO3 is investigated, determining irradiance dependence, thermal activation barrier, optimal cocatalyst loading, and H/D kinetic isotope effect.

Antiemesis Corticosteroids Potentiate Checkpoint Blockade Efficacy by Normalizing the Immune Microenvironment in Metastatic Murine Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 14, 9 March 2026.
Corticosteroids improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade therapy in metastatic murine breast cancer. By normalizing the tumor immune microenvironment, corticosteroids reduce immunosuppressive signals, restore T‐cell function, and promote antitumor immune responses, resulting in enhanced tumor control.

Real‐Time In Vivo Monitoring of Anastomotic Intestinal Ischemia Using Implantable Resorbable Organic Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 16, 18 March 2026.
Resorbable impedance sensors are successfully implanted into porcine small intestinal anastomoses. Impedance was recorded for 2 hours prior, and 2 hours following ischemia induction, and a significant drop in tissue impedance was observed. Abstract Anastomotic failure remains one of the most severe complications in gastrointestinal surgery.

A Buffered LC‐MS Method for Resolving and Quantifying Albiflorin and Paeoniflorin

open access: yesBiomedical Chromatography, Volume 40, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Albiflorin and paeoniflorin are bioactive isomers found in Paeoniae Radix Alba, a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Their accurate and simultaneous quantification is essential for pharmacological research. Standard separation methods often rely on LC‐MS using a mobile phase containing 0.1% formic acid. This study demonstrates that

AI Hallucinations in Tourism: How Errors Impact Consumer Trust and Recommendation Acceptance

open access: yesJournal of Consumer Behaviour, Volume 25, Issue 2, Page 923-938, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) is quickly transforming travel planning; however, its outputs can include hallucinations, which are plausible yet false statements that can undermine user judgement. Eliminating hallucinations in GenAI technology is currently impossible.

Anthropogenic Infrastructures Shape Brown Bear Movements in Human‐Modified Landscapes

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 3, March 2026.
Human activities are major drivers of changes in animal behaviour, resulting in diverse spatial and temporal activity patterns across species. In this study, we analysed telemetry data from brown bears in Finland, Slovakia and Romania, to compare how human infrastructure influences their movement behaviour.
